True Field-to-Table  Through sharing our farm with others we can introduce a wider audience to the importance of sustainable agriculture. We work with our clients and our partner chefs to craft menus that reflect the seasonality of produce from the farm, then we harvest specific crops for those events. The field-to-table events are not just about food – they're about simple elegance through food and design as we see the farm following the rhythms of each season. Special Celebrations  On a very limited basis, we open up our farm to private celebrations. Too often people are separated from the real source of their food. But surrounded by lavender fields, vineyards, orchards and row crops, guests of Bear Flag Farm are brought back to the source of their food through authentic and fantastic field-to-table experiences. Menus are inspired by the bounty of Bear Flag Farm as well as other sustainable farmers and ranchers throughout the region. With the abundance of farm-fresh sources available in this magnificent agricultural community – the menus created at Bear Flag Farm highlight the best of each season through subtle flavors presented impeccably. Fine dining surrounded by the orchards and fields from which the ingredients came will awaken the palette and connect you with nature.
